1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these terms and conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated below unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" refers to the myr999.onl website and all services operating under it.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account with myr999 and uses the services of this platform.
• "Account" means the personal profile registered by a Member for the purpose of accessing myr999 services.
• "Account Balance" means the total amount of funds held in a Member's account at any given time, including deposited funds and eligible bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means credits granted by myr999 to a Member under the terms of an applicable promotion.
• "Wagering Requirements" means the total amount of betting that a Member must complete before bonus funds can be converted into a withdrawable balance.
• "Services" covers all gambling products available on the myr999 platform, including slots, live casino, sports betting, poker and other products offered from time to time.

In the event of any conflict between the Bahasa Melayu version and the English version of this document, the English version shall apply as the definitive reference for dispute resolution purposes.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

By registering an account with myr999, you hereby declare and warrant that:

• The use of online gambling services is lawful under the jurisdiction of your place of residence;

• You are not registering on behalf of any third party;
• You will only register and maintain one account on this platform — multiple accounts are prohibited;

Identity Verification

myr999 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including a copy of a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport. Transaction Limits

Members may only withdraw funds to an account or e-wallet registered in their own name. myr999 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request if there is reasonable grounds to believe that fraud or a breach of terms has occurred. 4. Bonuses and Promotions

myr999 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including hedging bets or using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and closure of the accounts involved.

5. Games and Betting Rules

myr999 offers a wide range of game categories operated by internationally licensed software providers. All game outcomes are determined randomly using a certified random number generator (RNG), ensuring fairness and transparency for all players.

For each game, specific rules relating to gameplay, betting limits and winning payout conditions will be stated within the game interface itself. It is the member's responsibility to understand the rules of each game before starting a betting session.

In the event of a technical failure such as a disconnection during an active game, myr999 will endeavour to settle any pending bets based on internal system records. The decision of myr999 management in such matters is final.

6. Prohibited User Conduct

Members agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the myr999 platform:

• Using automation software, bots or any third-party tools to gain an advantage in games;
• Colluding with other players to deceive the system or the platform;
• Depositing funds obtained from criminal activity or money laundering;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the identity verification process;
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the system to obtain illegitimate winnings;
• Threatening, harassing or abusing myr999 customer support staff;
• Abusing promotions in a manner contrary to the original intent of the offer.

myr999 reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of breaching these provisions and to take appropriate action, including account closure and cancellation of all winnings.

7. Account Closure and Suspension

myr999 reserves the right to suspend or close any member's account without prior notice if:

• The member is found to have breached any provision in this terms and conditions document;
• Fraudulent activity or money laundering attempts are detected;
• A member uses more than one account;
• Registration information is found to be false or incomplete;
• A member fails to meet identity verification requirements within the specified period.

If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, myr999 reserves the right to withhold or cancel any balance in that account, including bonus funds and pending withdrawals.

Members who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting the myr999 customer support team. Valid balances that have met the wagering requirements will be returned after the necessary verification process.

8. Limitation of Liability

myr999 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to keep the platform running without interruption at all times, myr999 does not guarantee that the service will always be free from technical errors, disruptions or failures.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, myr999 is not liable for:

• Any indirect, consequential or punitive losses suffered by members;
• Losses resulting from internet service disruptions or infrastructure issues beyond myr999's control;
• Actions or omissions of third parties, including payment service providers;
